Dan Watson has led facility management and maintenance services at government installations for 17 years. Prior to that, he served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy for 4 years, where he led the CS-3 Ordnance Division onboard the USS-Clark (FFG-11). His operations included maintaining, testing and operating surface weapons that included missile systems.
Dan is expert at mobilizing a team, integrating large projects, balancing priorities, and resolving conflicts. He gets the job done safely and on time. As General Manager of the WESKEM subcontract for waste management at the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant, he transitioned 165 employees on schedule with no disruption to work and integrated his operations into site activities with complex, multiple interfaces. He co-founded the site’s Labor Relations Board, which built a productive working relationship between contractors and unions, resulting in no work stoppages. Dan finished the work on time, within budget, and with no lost time accidents or Notices of Violation (NOVs).
Moreover, Dan brings a culture of safe, disciplined operations with no lost time accidents in the last 20 years and a remarkable labor relations record with no grievances requiring arbitration.
