Ecotone Services provides comprehensive facilities maintenance for Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, "LBL". LBL is a 170,000-acre peninsula located between the Tennessee Valley Authority’s (TVA) Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley, operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This work includes the facility maintenance for 2 visitor centers, 2 administration buildings, 8 dormitories, a cafeteria, 26 restroom/shower buildings, 29 shelters, 7 barns, 118 other buildings, 868 campsites and 32 recreational areas.

Ecotone Services' responsibilities include road and trails maintenance, environmental services, grounds maintenance and chemical pumping. The contract necessitates the management of over 700 individual job orders which require fixed rate project quotes for electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting and general labor. Ecotone's successful execution of this contract clearly demonstrates an ability to operate in a complex work environment, to government specifications, in an expanded geographic area of 170,000 acres. It also speaks to Ecotone’s ability to quickly provide estimates — a result of Ecotone Services’ management philosophy, proprietary work control systems, business tracking systems, and customer-oriented working relationships with the government.
